The total amount collected is no greater than if you had paid for the entire purchase up front, if paid on time. Klarna is available on orders of $35 to $1,000. Our Customer Service team cannot process Klarna orders. Klarna is not accepted for pre-order items.

4 Interest-Free Installments

4 interest-free installments allow you to split purchases between $35 and $1,000 into 4 payments automatically charged to your debit or credit card every 2 weeks.

There are never any added fees or interest when you pay in 4 interest-free installments through Klarna, if paid on time. Pay in 4 interest-free installments will not affect your credit score.

Payment Timeline

Once your order is shipped, the first payment will be collected from your account . Please note: Your bank may place a hold on your account for the first payment once you complete your order until it is shipped. The first of the 4 total installments will be charged when your order has shipped. The remaining three installments will be automatically charged every two weeks. Your payment schedule is sent via email when your order is shipped. If you have the Klarna app,you can also find your order's payment schedule by clicking on "Purchases", choosing the order you want to see, and then clicking on "Show Plan".

Returns/Exchanges

You can easily use our self-serve return process. Fill out the fields on the return form that's on the back of your order invoice. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form. Do not tear off the bottom of the invoice. We need the entire form to identify the order. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage. Orders purchased with Klarna as payment option can now be returned in stores. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. BoxLunch will notify Klarna about your returned item, and Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly.

Cancellations

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to that order. If we are unable to fulfill an order and your order gets canceled as a result, we will notify Klarna and Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly.
