BoxLunch offers a variety of fast and secure shipping methods so you’ll receive your order in a timely, worry-free manner. BoxLunch also offers $6.99 Standard Shipping & free in-store returns/exchanges. Please note: There is an additional $1.99 surcharge per item on pre-order merch shipped to home addresses. Choose from Standard, Expedited, or International Shipping. BoxLunch.com ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions, and over 150+ countries. For information on shipping to APO/FPO addresses or on International Shipping, click here. Tracking your order is easy online or via our Customer Service team. Processing time and shipping estimates are dependent on payment authorization. BoxLunch does not ship to International or domestic freight forwarders.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically arrives between 3-8 business days. Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.


Expedited Shipping

Express shipping typically arrives between 2-3 business days. Express orders are delivered Monday-Friday only. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM EST to ship the same day.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping orders must be placed Monday-Thursday before 11AM EST. Please note overnight orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST, will not process and ship out until the following business day (Monday), as we do not process orders Saturday & Sunday.

International Shipping

Canadian shipping typically arrives in 6-10 business days. Shipping for all other international locations typically arrives in 10-20 business days, depending upon region. Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as customs fees and independent carrier fees. All Canadian orders ship via Purolator; all other International orders ship via DHL. BoxLunch does not ship to International freight forwarders. Pre-order items are not available for international shipping. For information on International Shipping, click here.

Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days.

Alaska shipping typically arrives between 16-18 business days.

Hawaii shipping typically arrives between 12-15 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska orders are delivered Monday – Friday ONLY.

APO / FPO Shipping

APO/FPO shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. If you request that no signature be required for delivery and the package is left unattended, you're accepting full responsibility for loss or damage. For security purposes, a request for signature cannot be removed for packages being delivered to select areas.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: We currently only offer Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes. Express and Overnight options are not available.

Q: Do you ship to freight forwarding addresses?

A: BoxLunch does not ship to International or domestic freight forwarders.

Q: I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?

A: All orders are processed Monday - Friday only, and not on holidays. If you still think your order is missing in action, you can email us. If you still have questions, call Customer Service at 855-463-3646. For International customers, call +1626-603-3202

Q: Why doesn't the USPS website recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?

A: Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.

Q: How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.

Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?

A: Your shipping price is determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the "Shipping Address" page, you’ll see a price for your order.

Q: I am currently stationed overseas on a U.S. military base. Can I still order from boxlunch.com?

A: Yes, you certainly can. All orders being delivered to a U.S. military address overseas will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Select AA or AE from the state drop-down menu that corresponds to your U.S. military zip code. You can also receive a 10% military discount by calling 855-463-3646. For International customers, call +1626-603-3202.

Q: What are Shipping Surcharges?

A: Some items ship directly to you from our vendors. Depending on the item, the cost of shipping may be greater due to the item's unique size, weight, or fragility. We do our best to ensure that these shipping costs are kept at a reasonable amount.

Q: Where can I find if an item has a Shipping Surcharge?

A: If an item has a Shipping Surcharge associated with it you can find that information on the product detail URL by searching for the SKU on the website.

Q: Does the Shipping Surcharge ever change?

A: Shipping Surcharges associated with a product are subject to change at any time. The Shipping Surcharge for an item may also depend on the shipping method that you select in checkout.

Q: Are Shipping Surcharges waived when my order qualifies for free shipping?

A: Shipping Surcharges are not waived when your order qualifies for free shipping. The shipping method cost will be discounted and you must still pay the full Shipping Surcharge for the item.

Q: Do Shipping Surcharges count towards free shipping?

A: Shipping Surcharges do not count towards free shipping.

Q: Are Shipping Surcharges subject to additional taxes?

A: Depending on the shipping address, Shipping Surcharges may be taxable.

Q: Are Shipping Surcharges refundable?

A: Shipping Surcharges are not refundable nor exchangeable at this time.
